About Boland Foundation Services

Boland Foundation Services was founded in 2019 in Coventry, Connecticut, by a father-son team who saw an opportunity to work together to bring high quality foundation work to the state of Connecticut. If you’re from Eastern or Central Connecticut, you may be all too familiar with the state’s crumbling foundation issue - one of the quarries was found to have minerals that deteriorated over time, unfortunately prompting the entire foundation needing to be replaced.

Boland Foundation Services, owned and operated by Ken Boland and Ken Boland Jr., responded to this problem by starting their own company. With over 35 years of combined experience in the construction industry, they not only learned the traditional process of replacing a foundation, but also obtained certification from Epitome to use a more pioneering approach that allows the homeowner to stay in the home while the work is being completed.

While Boland Foundation Services can replace existing foundations, they also have the tools, expertise, and equipment for any and all types of foundation work, including new garages and additions, as well.
